A Paris Elopement by the
Seine with an Eiffel Tower View

THE STORY
After ten years together, a long engagement and years spent studying and training to become doctors, Brittany & Michael finally found themselves in Paris and decided it was time to get married. Instead of waiting for the perfect time for a traditional wedding, they chose an intimate Paris elopement just the two of them, their vows, a bouquet, champagne and the Eiffel Tower in the background.
They found me while planning their trip to Paris and chose me to help create, photograph, and film their 3-hour elopement experience.
THE VOWS
The morning didn’t quite go as planned. Brittany & Michael slept in, so we lost some of the time we had originally planned for getting ready and their first look at the hotel. But there was no stress , an elopement day should still feel like your day.
We made sure to keep one of the most meaningful parts: writing their vows by hand in personalized vow books, created with their names and wedding date. Instead of reading from a phone, they would have something tangible to hold onto — a little piece of their wedding day to keep forever.
From there, we headed to the Seine, where their intimate Paris elopement ceremony was waiting for them, with the Eiffel Tower in the background.

THE WALK
With their favorite song playing, Brittany walked toward Michael along the Seine, with the Eiffel Tower behind them. There was no grand aisle or crowd just the two of them, their music, and this unforgettable Paris view.
THE VOWS
They exchanged handwritten vows they had prepared earlier in their personalized vow books. It was one of those moments that cannot be recreated both of them cried, and for these few minutes, the rest of Paris seemed to disappear.
THE TOAST
After the ceremony, they gathered around a champagne table prepared just for them. Crystal glasses, champagne on ice, French sweets, and “Just Married” ribbons made their little corner of Paris feel completely theirs.

A three-hour Paris elopement can be so much more than the ceremony itself.
After their vows by the Seine, we continued the celebration with portraits at the Palais Royal and a stroll through the Tuileries Garden — all within a short distance, creating a natural flow without spending the day in a car.
